Terms of use
These terms apply when you visit greentally.ai or join the Finjourney waitlist. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Who we are
The website is operated by GreenTally Climate Tech Ltd, trading as Greentally, a company registered in Ireland under CRO number 777803, with its registered office at National College of Ireland, Mayor Street Lower, IFSC, Dublin 1, D01 K7W8. Finjourney and Greentally Carbon are products of Greentally. You can contact us at ning@greentally.ai.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract to buy or supply any product or service.
- We plan to open Finjourney to the first 100 businesses and accounting firms on the launch date shown on the website, in the order people joined. Dates, availability and the number of places may change, and we may decline or postpone an invitation at our discretion.
- You must give a real email address you are entitled to use, and sign up only once per person or business.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time — see our Privacy policy.
Prices and product information
Prices shown on the website are indicative, per month, and exclude VAT. Features, screenshots and examples (including the demo company “Harbour Coffee Co.” and its figures) are illustrative and may differ from the product at launch. The final price, scope and conditions of any subscription or service are set out in the customer agreement you sign before you start, which takes precedence over the website.
No professional advice
Content on this website is general information about our products. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Professional services are only provided under a signed customer agreement.

The website, its text, design, screenshots, video, logos, the Finny character and the names Greentally and Finjourney belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the website for your own information, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other names mentioned, such as Xero, QuickBooks and Stripe, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe integrations.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the website: no automated sign-ups, scraping, attempts to access our systems or data without permission, or anything unlawful or harmful.
Availability and liability
We provide the website “as is” and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
